NOTICE TO POLICYHOLDERS AND CREDITORS

Pursuant to paragraph 14 of the Court’s Order dated 19 January 2024 (the Procedural Order), the Court ordered that the deadline for General Account Creditors to notify the JPLs of their General Account Claims was 15 April 2024. Following a request of the JPL team to provide an extension of time to this deadline, the JPLs agree to the extension of time for General Account Creditors to notify the JPLs of their General Account Claims to no later than Tuesday, 30 April 2024.

Please note that, should you wish to notify the JPLS of a General Account Claim, such notification should include the information requested at paragraphs 12.1 to 12.4 of the Procedural Order, as follows:

1. Your identity;
2. The legal and factual bases for each and every claim which you allege against the Company (arising otherwise than against a Segregated Account);
3. The alleged value of any claims asserted; and
4. Any evidence that you wish for the JPLs to consider in assessing your asserted claim.
